I was very pleased , our room was clean and comfortable, plenty of parking space very close to coffee shops, definitely will come back.

Sheldon is an extremely good hospitality team member. Friendly, knowledgeable of the property and of Auburn, very helpful without you needing to ask. Facilities are functional for short term stays. Everything is reasonably clean. Eatery on premises produces better than expected food at competitive prices. Staff is very helpful, friendly & efficient.

Learned a lot from speaking with Sean and confirmed my thought that he created and nurtured a wonderful hotel. It shows! The rooms are great, facility welcoming and in just a beautiful location... can't ask for more.

Floor wasn’t vacuumed. There was dirt and like stone or pebbles on it. The bottom of my feet were dirty from walking on it barefoot. We couldn’t get any hot water in shower. Very noisy. Staff was outside our room in the morning hours talking loudly with lone another using profanities. I will definitely not stay there again and will not recommend it. Property is very run down.
