"This property is a pleasant find. The in-room amenities for coffee making, TV and streaming apps, and bathroom essentials are better than the IHG and Choice brands hotels I've stayed previously. This is a small property with no pool and fitness center, but the room comfort is excellent. There is a nice restaurant next door called Cowboy Smokehouse serving meals all day. The property is in the town of Panguich, Utah and is only 24 miles away from Bryce Canyon, but is a excellent choice for those who seeks a quiet place to relax."

"The room was very clean. The grounds were great. A little "Mayberry-ish" and quaint. Staff were nice. Ice machine is in the check in area and you have to go behind the desk to get ice. Check in area closes at 9. Will stay again. All motels are pricey in this town. One light tht blinks red all ways on Main Street. Cafes are also pricey for such a small town. We sort of felt "nickel and dimed" to death, especially at the antique store!!! Six dollars for a post card??? wow!!!"
