"I had a very unpleasant stay at your hotel, and I must say it was the worst accommodation I have ever experienced. I will never stay here again. The bathroom and toilet had no ventilation, were full of mold, and smelled terrible. The pool was slimy with moss, making it unhygienic and unpleasant to use. There were no slippers provided among the amenities. The staff’s attitude was also unacceptable. After I refused to join the cruise tour you were promoting, the staff became extremely rude and even ignored me at times. The damp sheets made it difficult to sleep, and although I had hoped for proper cleaning service, the room was hardly cleaned at all. Only the towels and water were replenished, which was extremely disappointing. Overall, this was an unacceptable experience, and I strongly urge you to improve your facilities and staff training. "
