とても大きなホテル。施設は古めですがとてもキレイに管理されていて、スタッフさんも大変丁寧に対応してくれます。朝食もとても豪華。一点だけ不満を言うとお湯がなかなかでないです。出しっぱなしにしてしばらく待つとお湯が出ます

新館か旧館か
以前から何度も利用しています。今回Star 1ということで、道路沿いに入口がある新館？ここはStar 2；旧館？に客が多い時に使っている様子。日曜日までは客が多く新館で朝食でしたが、月曜になると旧館の方へ食べにいかなければなりません。ちょっと面倒。部屋の明かりが暗いが大きな問題ではない。 ラヨーンには日本企業、ゴルフ場が多いので、現地駐在員とゴルフをするためによく使っています。

ホスピタリティ不足
別館に泊まったが入り口が良くわからない。 1階のショッピングセンターに入るとどのようにホテルに行くのか判らない。 翌日、キャッシャーの係にバンペーに行くのにタクシーを呼んでくれというと千バーツと吹っ掛けられた。 ムカついたので結局、バスターミナルまで歩きソンテウで25バーツで行った。

Hotel was top of the line when new. A little worn now. No AC in hallways, very hot. Bidet hose was leaking badly, flooding bathroom, did not inform hotel, just turned off valve. Fantastic breakfast. Unbeatable.

Jättebra 4* hotell m fantastiskt frukost/ service
Ett fint fast lite äldre 4* hotell som ligger precis vid busstorget i Rayong o nightmarket! Jättefin stor frukostbuffé 6-7 olika färsk frukt och ost mm, har bara a önska färskpressad juice! Stort rum o badrum m både badkar o ducsh.Sängarna var ngt hårda dock, fast de är dem ju i Thailand! Shuttle bus ( gratis) t olika platser 3ggr/dag. Otrolig service minded personal s kan engelska. Vid ankomst fick vi lite juice och sedan Vouce fö kaffe o kaka i cafet. Stort gym o fin utepool på 2 vån.Ett mkt prisvärt Hotel a rekommendera!
Vi äter helst skandinavisk frukost, men fanns asiastisk också.
Härlig pool och skön skugga av husväggarna!

Service before the stay!
This is the second time my wife and child have stayed here. My sister in law joined them a day later and the hotel made sure that their rooms where nearby. They followed it up with an email before the stay that this would happen. I thank you for that!

Great hotel at an affordable price
I sent my wife and child here for a night and she absolutely loved this hotel. Also bought a room for her sister and her husband, they too thought this was a nice hotel. There's a night market on street level and a great gym in the hotel.

Nice hotel
Nice pool and gym. Large rooms. Very friendly staff. Not so much to do in Rayong. Friendly people at the market just outside and open space restaurant with drinks and Good food and English speaking staff.

Center of Rayong
A last minute booking and a completely pleasant surprise. Located in the center of the shopping district, walking distance from 2 malls, one connected to the Hotel, and the night market. Rooms were older, but well kept and large, beds were comfortable and the A/C was strong. Breakfast was a huge buffet with Western and Thai. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will again in the future.

Godt centralt beliggende hotel i roligt område
Super fin service fra et meget venligt personale. Store værelser. Behagelige senge. Stort udvalg i morgenmad. Central beliggenhed ved Nightmarket. Gratis shuttlebus til strand men meget svært at komme tilbage igen. Ingen taxier eller tuk-tuk dernedefra, så kun muligt at komme hjem igen med shuttlebus eller privat transport. Ingen særlige seværdigheder i området udover markeder og shopping centre.

The gym is very well stocked, the staff are incredibly polite and helpful. The shuttle bus service is handy to go around the area. Overall a pleasing stay.

Lovely hotel with friend staff. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast choice was the best I have ever had in Thailand. The pool was quiet, clean and there were good sunbeds. Highly recommended
