"This property was booked 6 weeks in advance, we landed in Dublin and at 4pm was heading to the property only for the owner to tell us that he has cancelled on us leaving us stranded in the middle of Dublin with nowhere to stay. Disgraceful service and ruined a special trip. "

"We booked the property because we had a party of 8 and their apartments accommodated our party size. The floors had not been cleaned when we arrived. There is a train that runs behind the property so the noise is consistently loud during most of the day. We requested clean towels on our third day and even though we were told they’d be sent up, we never received them. The space of the apartment for our party size was great, but there wasn’t much within walking distance in terms of food or grocery...

"My 4 nights stay was good overall. The accommodation is neat and the location is at easy access to almost anywhere you want to visit in Dublin. I also like that it’s about 23 minutes away by bus to the airport. There are clean mirrors ( I mean, I like mirrors😁) in the room and bathroom. There’s a lift for easy accessibility and also a gym on-site to exercise during your stay. It’s a nice place to stay if you are not looking to cook your own meals, but eat out. "Property is in a country like setting . It is a 20 minute drive to restaurants and stores to get a bite to eat. There is no one available on the property to let you into your rooms. Spent 90 minutes trying to reach someone by phone and email. We are 60 years old and not computer smart. "
