Twin Lakes Retreat With Private Dock & Fire Pit

The Space:

Welcome to our lakefront retreat on the lower lake of Twin Lakes, Idaho, where days unfold on the water and evenings bring everyone together beneath the stars. With 7 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and approximately 3,000 square feet across three levels, our waterfront vacation home welcomes up to 14 guests. A private dock, lakeside backyard, fire pit, and multiple living spaces create a beautiful setting for family vacations, reunions, and time away with friends.



We love how easily you can enjoy the lake here. Step outside to swim, launch your kayak, fish from the private dock, or head out for a day of boating. Spend the afternoon playing yard games, gathering for a backyard BBQ, or simply relaxing beside the water. As the sun sets, settle around the fire pit to roast marshmallows, share stories, and enjoy an unhurried evening together.



Inside, we’ve created space for everyone to gather comfortably while still having room to retreat. On the main floor, the open living area features comfortable seating and a Smart TV, flowing into a fully equipped kitchen and a large dining area for shared meals. This level includes two bedrooms, with a queen bed in one and a trundle that can be configured as a king or twin beds in the other, along with a full bathroom with a shower.



Upstairs, the lake-facing king bedroom offers beautiful water views, a private balcony, a desk, and a large closet. It’s a lovely place to enjoy a quiet morning or catch up on work with the lake just beyond your window. A second upstairs bedroom features a king bed, closet, and street view. These bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower and bathtub combination.



On the lower level, a second living room and newly renovated kitchenette provide another comfortable place to spend time together or enjoy a little privacy. One bedroom features a queen bed and an en suite bathroom, while another offers a king bed, lake views, and a naturally cooler setting. Walkout access leads directly to the backyard and lake, making it easy to move between indoor comfort and outdoor activities.



Our seven-bedroom home accommodates up to 14 guests, with flexible sleeping arrangements and separate living areas that make traveling together feel effortless. High-speed Wi-Fi and Smart TVs offer convenience throughout your stay, and a Pack ’n Play is available upon request. Whether the kids are enjoying a game, someone is reading upstairs, or everyone is gathering for dinner, there’s room to settle into your own vacation rhythm.



Our Twin Lakes location also puts some of North Idaho’s favorite destinations within easy reach. Silverwood Theme Park is approximately 15 minutes away, making our home a convenient base for combining lake days with a theme park adventure. Coeur d’Alene is about 30 minutes away for waterfront walks, shopping, and dining, while Sandpoint is approximately an hour’s drive.



For everyday essentials, a gas station and convenience store are just one mile from the house. Rathdrum is approximately four miles away, with a large grocery store, fast food, and dine-in restaurants. You can stock the kitchen, pick up supplies, and return to the lake with ease.



During your stay, you’ll have access to the entire home and its guest amenities. The garage and a few locked closets are reserved for our cleaning team and supply storage. Our home uses a septic system, so please flush toilet paper only.



We’re located in a quiet residential neighborhood near a summer camp, with families living around us. Please respect quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Bachelor parties, disruptive gatherings, and inappropriate themed stays are not permitted. We ask our guests to help preserve the peaceful lakeside setting that makes this home so special.
