"Excellent location in the historic center of the city. Everything is waking distance. The apt has a nice kitchen and a beautiful view. "

"I booked this hotel based largely on the fabulous looking pool. We arrived to find it was closed for the season. The surly receptionist said their terms make this clear (I checked their website and found nothing). It put a dampener on our stay. The main restaurant was also closed. We were advised we could use their other restaurant. We checked it out, it is really a locals bar, which I normally wouldn’t mind but it was filthy. Tables were uncleared and cigarette butts lay everywhere. Shame...

"The property was stunning, absolutely massive, very clean, had so much to do there and the views were gorgeous. The hosts were so easy to communicate with and any problems were fixed immediately. Close to local supermarkets and cafes and a train station to get into main Madrid. We had the most amazing time and thank the hosts for making it so lovely."

"Es una casa muy amplia y bonita, muy preparada para muchas personas. Sin embargo tuvimos un incidente con la piscina ya que las personas que la ocuparon anteriormente parece ser que vaciaron un extintor en la piscina, y el agua no estaba para ser usado (nuestros niños no pararon de toser y se les irritó la piel). El dueño debería haberse asegurado de que estaba todo bien antes de permitir que otras personas entraran, llega a venir una inspección y seguramente no la habría pasado, pero no...

Außerdem ist alles recht hellhörig. - Es ist eben wie immer: es sind die Details, die den entscheidenden Unterschied machen - so gibt es auch hier einige kleine Details, die verbesserungsfähig sind (Zustand der Elektrogeräte, Matratzen, Klodeckel) - Die Sauberkeit ist dem spanischen Standard entsprechend - Alles in allem ist es ein hübsches Haus, das schön gerichtet ist...

"COMO ESTAR EN CASA"

"Hemos ido un grupo de amigos y hemos disfrutado mucho de la casa. Está bien ubicada y contaba con muchas cosas indispensables que en otros alojamientos hay que comprar (bollería, papel higiénico, leche, sal, aceite...). Los dueños de la casa nos trataron muy bien en el check-in. Lo que más nos ha gustado ha sido que la casa tenga dos cocinas y la piscina climatizada que nos ha dado mucho juego. También destacamos la comodidad de las camas y los tres baños (éramos 13 por lo que nos vino genial)....

"Fantástica casa rural. El salón muy espacioso, las habitaciones cómodas, el jardín maravilloso y bien equipado para su disfrute tanto de adultos como de niños. El personal muy amable y pendiente de nuestras necesidades, comunicación fluida durante la planificación del viaje. Menaje adecuado. Ubicación en un lugar precioso, en plena naturaleza, y como dice el anuncio a 1 hora escasa de Madrid.En resumen hemos pasado un viaje familiar estupendo, y a todos nosotros nos ha encantado la casa."

"This was my second stay at Eurostars Acueducto, and once again, it did not disappoint. The location is unbeatable — right at the foot of the stunning Roman aqueduct, making it the perfect starting point to explore Segovia on foot. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and efficient, providing quick and friendly service during both check-in and check-out. Their professionalism was much appreciated. The rooms are comfortable, with spotless bedding and overall excellent cleanliness. The property also offers on-site parking (for an additional fee), which is a valuable convenience in this area."

"The hotel staff is very kind and professional. The room was incredibly spacious for the four of us. The breakfast was very good as well. The hotel is right off the highway, so you can get to the center of Madrid and to the airport within 30 to 35 minutes depending if traffic. It is an easy ride to both areas. There are places to go shopping and dining close to the hotel. I would recommend it. "

"We booked the Suite for a long weekend and weren’t disappointed. Room was spacious with numerous balconies. Extra touches with cakes, fruit or sweets daily along with bottled water, besides the normal tea and coffee. Cleanliness was second to none. Staff were professional and polite. Breakfast was full of variety along with freshly cooked eggs and bacon by order. The indoor and rooftop pool facilities were amazing. Lots of restaurants in the vicinity along with bars. Just a short walk away from the Palace and its gardens that are well worth a visit. Highly recommend."
