「We stayed 1 night and loved the accommodation at Bergamoincenter. We had room 4 which had lots of space for 2 adults and 1 child. Excellent location, air conditioning, comfortable beds, good shower and good communication with clear checkin instructions. Would highly recommend and would stay again next time we visit Bergamo」

「The front reception was empty most of the time. I had to wait on the street before check out. The staff behaved nicely though. Room was very poorly equipped and decorated. It didn't look like on the photos. I felt I was overcharged for this stay. On the last day the toilet broke but it was repaired within 7hours when I was visiting the city. The location was good, close to Citta Alta and the gallery. In overall I would not recommend this hotel.」

「No staff on site, were not responsive to messages. Self check in is novel but dependent on temperamental technology. Doubled charged tax. Cleanliness compared to a hostel? Good Cleanliness compared to other hotels? Lower- standing water and some dirt in the rooms. The rooms are very spacious and well lit.」

「このホテルにはベルガモ大学において行われた会議のため6日ほど滞在しました。このホテルからチッタアルタ（山頂にある街）までは徒歩30分程度なので、駅周辺からバスまたは麓からフィニコラーレ（ケーブルカー）を使用する場合と比べると若干時間がかかる程度でした。ホテルの客室はとても清潔で、オーナーのチョイスによる”香り”もとても心地よく、特に女性の方にはお勧めです。私は個人で滞在しましたが、お子さんのいるご家族での滞在者も多く見受けられました。（大きい部屋があり、駐車場も完備されています。）朝食については一般的なコンチネンタルに加え、イタリア製のハムやチーズ、そしてたくさんのお菓子がありました。コーヒーはエスプレッソ、カフェラッテ、カプチーノ、アメリカンのチョイスがあります。周辺にはカフェ、レストラン、パン屋など生活に必要な物はだいたい揃っており、ほぼすべての店において英語が通じます。またこのホテルは家族経営で行われており、とてもアットホームな温かいもてなしを受け非常に満足しました。なおホテル内では無料のWifiがあります。」

「I don't know what was worse. The instructions for entering were flawed, and the key was hidden in a secret place with a code that was never disclosed. I also rented the garage due to car trouble, and a few hours before, they told me there was no more space available. I only managed to get in thanks to the help of a kind and friendly Italian family staying there, but there were about 10 of them making a huge amount of noise early in the morning in the communal kitchen opposite my room.
