No emergency fire exit

The room was in the basement so there was no fire escape. We arrived back at our room at 00.30am and the pass code didn`t work for our room. There was no key in the security box. We spent about 90 minutes on the phone trying to get them to send someone out and they only agreed to do it when we eventially threatened to contact the police.

Wonderfull location, with really bad host

First of all the comuncation is really hard. The telephone number is not in the hotels.com website, i need to search in google to get any contact, because the host don't write anything. Next one is the staff. They said, the staff will open the door, but we waited 30-40 minutes, and there were no one. After that we could go to the apartment, but the staff didn't understand what we said.. so we used the google translate. But really important information to guests, that there are no codes, you use a key, what they give you. Aftter all, the room was nice and clean. The area, the streets, awesome! The best district i think. Really happy with that. We had a really bad experience with other guests in the apartmant, because they were really loud. Listening to music at midnight, and we heard everything... i mean EVERYTHING. That's not cool... we tried to sleep, but that was hard. And the host only said, he/she can't do more, he/she just told the guest once... So i think it could be better insulated door or walls. I didn’t really like, when the hand washer tap had only cold water, but there is it. And the heating... Only have AC and that used to heating the room.. That's not the best solution. If i can say anything more, the host should buy at least one common fridge.

Hyvä sijainti. Huonot puolet: seinät tosi ohuet. Kuulee jokaisen askelen muista huoneista ja varsinkin käytävältä. Todella epämukava sänky ja tyynyt. Ikkuna oli rikki eikä sitä saanu kokonaan kiinni. Sitä oli selkeesti nopeasti yritetty korjata mutta se oli puoliks auki. Tästä syystä ei saatu oikein nukuttua kun asuimme ensimmäisessä kerroksessa sisääntulo oven vieressä jossa kaikki käveli ohi ja kuului tosi lujaa ohi ajaavia autoja.

La camera che mi è stata data era al piano terra con il muro confinante con una strada stetta di passaggio auto molto molto rumorosa. Una delle 2 finestrelle all'atezza di 2,30 m era aperta e non si poteva chiudere, ho chiesto alla struttura di venirla chiudere e mi hanno risposto di salire sulla testata del letto per arrivare. di Notte per il freddo e per il rumore sono salito sul tavolo ( io ho 70 anni) per chiudere la finestra e cercare di dormire. Aveco ESPRESSAMENTE richiesto di avere la fattura all'arrivo della Struttura e non ci è ancora arrivata adesso e ci hanno detto di rivolgersi al portale dove abbiamo prenotato e dove COMUNQUE AVEVAMO DATO TUTTE LE INFORMAZIONI. Oggi abbiamo chiamato la struttura alle 12,30 e c'era la segreteria telfonica che diceva che gli uffici di venerdì sono aperti fino alle 13,00??? Come ho scritto la notte del 8 Maggio e la mattina del 9 Maggio, alla Sig.ra dell'assistenza della struttura ,che molto gentilmente professionalmente mi aveva aiutato, telefonicamente a fare il Ceck-in per entrare nella mia camera, io richiedo un parziale rimborso di quanto pagato per i disagi subiti

Totally worthles bed/mattres

This hotel has in room 3 a bed which is so bad. You better sleep on the marble floor. Springs are seen in your skin in the morning. Terrible experience.

Cute little hotel in a great location

This is a lovely place to stay. Its very close to Carrara Academy and within walking distance of Citta Alta. There are several bars round the back of the hotel. Citta bassa is also close enough to walk to although the bus to airport and main train station stops across the road. The hotel is small and very clean. Room was beautiful. Shower very nice and spacious. There are tea and coffee making facilities. Breakfast was included. It's continental with some cheese and boiled eggs. People at reception are very nice although they speak limited English. Would definitely stay there again.

Posto eccellente ma personale molto scortese!

La struttura e la camera sono completamente nuovi e molto puliti. Colazione anche super ma ahimè i gestori per nulla disponibili nel dare indicazioni sul parcheggio e altre informazioni da noi richieste visto che la struttura si trova nella zona Ztl della città. Nel complesso comunque ci ritornerei.
