No paper towel in kitchen and bathroom. Quite a few flies in the kitchen. Smokers outside the windows are annoying.

Self check in facility, room was basic, but good kitchen facilities. 200 m from the Guesthouse there is a very good fish/chips place for dinner.

Der Check-in war eine Katastrophe. Der Weg zu Toilette und Bad sind relativ weit. Ansonsten ist die komplette Unterkunft neu. In der Küche findet man alles, was man zum zubereiten einer Mahlzeit benötigt. Ausreichend Sitzgelegenheiten gibt es auch!

Stayed here for the 2nd night during our Iceland trip on the way back to Reykjavik. The code for self-check in was sent the day before. We were in the exact same room again. The room was clean, the shower room worked well, the kitchen was spacious and equipped with two sets of everything (sinks, ovens, stoves, microwaves, fridges, etc). Spacious dining areas with plenty of tables and chairs. Our room was really warm (June) without even turning on the heater. We actually needed to keep the window open to stay cool. The room had nice blackout curtains as well. A little sink in the room was super convenient. Overall, an excellent guesthouse. Thank you!

The code was sent to us in the afternoon on the day of our check-in. (We read multiple reviews saying they did not receive the code, so we were concerned, but we didnt have any issue!). The room was spacious for four people. Blackout curtains worked really well. The shower room was close by, and there were washers as well (we did not use it). Kitchen was kept clean, and we were able to warm up our food in microwaves, and keep food in the fridge overnight. Overall, a very excellent stay. Thank you!

Tanto la habitación como la casa donde nos quedamos estaban impecables. La habitación es pequeña pero apenas para llegar a descansar. La propiedad es mejor en realidad de como aparece en las fotos.

Arrived at 8:30pm. Tried many times to open the door with the code they sent us, would not open. Called the company, texted and sent them a message through expedia. No response. Even had a expedia agent try to contact them, no luck. Tried to get a refund and did not get one. Absolute joke compared to the other places we stayed in Iceland.

We were given our checkin information in advance, which was awesome, but it would have been helpful to indicate which building we were in, so we didnt bother a tenant. Kitchen was well equipped.

Terrible Experience – Avoid This Place I stayed from September 6th to 8th, and it was awful. The check-in process was chaotic, with poor communication and long delays. On the second night, I was locked out of my room for over an hour, and the emergency contact was unresponsive. The property itself was also disappointing—broken doors, bathrooms without working locks, poorly equipped kitchens, and rooms with a bad smell. Many services were either absent or non-functional. Despite my complaints, I haven’t received any response from management. Definitely not recommended.

Très propre et chaleureux. Le Check-in était facile, les espaces communs et les chambres étaient très propres. Les stationnements étaient directement devant les chambres et l'entrée principale de l'hébergement. Seulement beaucoup d'action dans les salles communes, quasiment jusqu'à 23:30/minuit.

Bad service and stranger entered our room!

We had the same issues like the other guests reviews and more. We didn’t receive the check-in code for the room and I had to call to get it. The lady was really rude, hang up the phone without a “bye”. HUGE SECURITY issue: in the early morning, someone used the room code and opened our room door. Luckily left without anything happening, but this is not acceptable!!! Another problem: washers were not working (not even connected to the water!) and no coffee in the coffee machine. When I asked the cleaning lady for more coffee, she just said “run out”. Wifi didn’t work in our room at all. We were the only room behind the kitchen with really loud banging doors waking us up when people went into the kitchen or the shared bathroom.

Tarif de la chambre exorbitant (191,60€ !) pour un confort tout relatif puisqu'il n'y a pas de salle de bain attenante, pas de TV, pas de draps, ni absolument personne pour vous accueillir. J'ai reçu les indications par mail 24h00 avant mon arrivée. Hébergement pourtant réservé des semaines à l'avance sur Hôtels.com. Une une première pour moi mais évidement la dernière. Une véritable escroquerie à mes yeux.
