"Shuttle was a courtesy Uber which worked great. Everything was basic, but clean. Chargers by both sides of the bed! Lighting both in the common areas and rooms seemed dim and gave the hotel a dingy vibe. "

"The pool was not usable for half of our stay due to being not safe to swim-the water was clouded & green. Staff kept saying it was fine, despite many guests complaining. Once the water cleared up & you could see the bottom, it was clear it had not been cleaned in a long time. Almost all pool chairs were broken. No pool towels at pool, request at office only. You are then given one super small and thin towel per person. Bathroom fan was broken & falling out of ceiling. Black mold in the shower. Carpet coming up & fraying. Room keys kept failing & needing to be replaced, Ice maker broken. No daily cleaning of rooms, only cleaned upon request & staff NOT happy if you make this request. Staff generally unhappy and unhelpful. "

"The grounds and pools were amazing. They could use more help at the pool bar to take orders for food and drinks at the pool rather than having to go up there to order. The biggest complaint was housekeeping. Not enough help there either. It would take the housekeeper until very late afternoon to get too our room...after we already needed towels, etc."

"Everything was top notch about this hotel and facilities, and want to make sure it gets a 5 star rating, but, the only issue was repeated missed or exremely late servicing of our room. We complained and it did not make a difference. We needed to hunt for someone to give us towels 4 times in a week after coming back from the pool and our room not done. Other than that, the west pool was amazing (the east was great as well, but not as new and fancy), the pool service was great, very reasonable prices at pool, ice chests of free cold water was a bonus, very clean facilities and generally friendly staff. Will definitley go back. "

"The morning front desk personnel were very rude to customers including myself when asking questions. Over a conversation with another guest and (Deon) he spoke so rude if I were the guest I would have checked out right then. All the other staff were great. Good restaurant good pool good shuttle. "
