"No tea and coffee in the room pushed you to go and pay for breakfast and the breakfast was not very good. Had to put my bread through the toaster 8 times before it resembled toast and the bacon looked like it had been cooked over a heated argument."

"When entering our room (308) there is a massive stain on the carpet, the sink in the bathroom has a big crack in it . We also had no fridge or any tea and coffee making facilities. We have stayed here numerous times and it has always been impeccable. We booked as we were attending a wedding the toilets near reception were blocked and the floor was extremely wet overall we were very disappointed."
