Everything was great expect for a few things. I'm used to check in at 3 and check out at 11 and this place has check in at 4pm and check out at 10am which gives you less time there. We got a room facing the street and there was a lot of people walking in the street being a bit loud, I think they were having an even down the street. In the morning at 7:22am the staff was picking up the trash from the trash bins outside and they woke us up because it was loud.

Stayed here last year and the renovations since make it an even nicer establishment. Amenities (gym and spa) were outstanding as was the pool and tennis areas. Staff was friendly and accommodated and and all special requests. I will be back.
