"It was easy to find the flat and plenty of parking. We stayed at level 3, room no 5. Unfortunately a very strong drainage smell was coming out of the toilet which stunk the bedroom. The curtains won't close. The shower was dirty. We alerted the owner of this who admitted there was a drainage issue in the building that has been causing the smell. He said at 10:30pm at night if we didnt like it we could leave. The next day, despite admitting to the problem the night before he then denied it...

"The owner Salvo was a lovely host who went out of his way to show us around and keep things running smoothly. He also offers a great guided tour of Etna, at rates lower than the tourist guides and is personalised to suit your requirements. The hotel is so convenient to everything and a nice easy walk to downtown, all of our favorite restaurants, and the kiosko outside the hotel is so convenient for beverages anytime of the day.
