The guest house, a tiny home, is designed as a separate space to provide an ideal retreat for any guests seeking a little more privacy, while still being just steps away from the main gathering area. The guest house is also furnished with all the necessary amenities, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Our property is nestled in Historic Oakwood, a vibrant neighborhood in downtown Raleigh. You and your group will have easy access to the city's best attractions, restaurants, and entertainment options. Whether you're exploring the local museums, enjoying a night out on the town, or simply just enjoying quality time together, there is something for everyone to enjoy.

The Space:

We do have a welcome manual in the home with a few details including WiFi and other housekeeping items.

Please use extreme caution entering and exiting the driveway, while it’s only a one-way street, cars do drive well over the speed limit!

The driveway fits two cars comfortably and there is free street parking to the left of the house on Swain St.

Also keep in mind with the busy street, you so hear some street noise and road traffic while inside the house.

We are incredibly responsive to messages if there is an emergency or if you need something!

Guest Access:
Guests will be provided with door codes for each property at the time of check-in.

Nestled in the Historic Oakwood district, you are blocks away from downtown Raleigh bars, restaurants, and museums!

Getting Around:
A private driveway that will fit two cars and free street parking off of Swain. Walk, drive, Uber//Lyft, or scooter anywhere you’re looking to go!

Other Things to Note:
Please ensure all side gates near the guest house are always closed.

Interaction with Guests:
We are local to the area and only interact with guests if required.
