Charcoal grill & Outdoor propane fire pit with comfy outdoor chairs. (We do not supply propane gas) 3 night minimum stay. NO SMOKING inside home. Side patio is for smoking.

Sidewalks throughout the neighborhood. All streets have lights. Shopping center located behind the community. We were made aware of a nightclub in the shopping center so the potential for noise in the area has increased.

Our next door neighbor usually handles the trash cans. But just in case.
Thursday’s guests… please take trash can to the curb..
Friday’s guest….. please bring trash can back to designated area in yard.
