「This was the perfect place for us to stay during a family wedding in Durham. We were walking distance to downtown and easy driving distance to other sites in the area. The condo is very spacious, especially with the super high ceilings. It's also clean and very tastefully decorated. We had everything we needed for our stay, and the rental company was very responsive to our questions. They also let you know in advance that the bedroom walls don't reach the ceiling. 「Amazing location in Durham, walkable and pretty. Neighborhood is a mix of places. This property is adequate but could be so so much cuter with a little more care. Linens outdated and kitchen pretty bare. Still, comfortable enough and happily took our dog. Heavy use of air fresheners that felt suffocating upon arrival but we aired the place out. All in all a good stay. 」

「Make sure you contact the host to ask for address information because the "610" street number was never provided and we spent 1.5 hours trying to find the correct building as there are several that looked alike. Plus the reservation mentioned "Trifecta Corporate Housing" but this business is in the "604" building, but the actual VRBO property that we booked was in the "610" building which as labeled」

"Although I did not know that the roomkeeping during the stay was not included in my plan, the people at the counter were so kind and communicated well, and handed out fresh towels set as well as amenity goods. Laundry machines are cashless basis but the payment did now work well. Around the parking space, there are enough number of ashtrays apart from the front door, which helped me so much!"
