Die Terrasse (ca. 3x5m) ist auch ausreichend groß für den Tisch mit 3 bequemen Flechtsesseln + Strandkorb, aber keine Abgrenzung zu Nebenterrasse. Die Ausstattung ist überwiegend in gutem Zustand, da teils schön erneuert (Sofa, Esstisch, Bettgestell), einige Teile sind vermutlich noch auf der Liste (Duschdichtungen, Backofen, Toaster, Matratzen gut aber seitlich abgesackt). Alles sauber genug, alles okay.Die Tiefgarage war trotz passender Abmessungen viel zu eng, also nicht nutzbar. (Die Lackspuren an den Wänden lassen es erahnen.) Mir wurde unkompliziert ein anderer Stellplatz angeboten, was mit ein bisschen Hin und Her verbunden war.Die Wohnung ist leider extrem hellhörig. Man hört nicht nur jedes Husten der anderen...
