Beautiful and Cozy Studio Guesthouse

Relax at this peaceful place to stay. A sweet getaway for 2, or just a stay for the night. The studio is close enough to the city of Lacey to get there in 20 min but far enough away that you don’t hear it. Great open floor plan. This warm and inviting studio is just what you need for a stress free getaway. Set in the heart of the town of Rainier with a wonderful walking path close by. We keep the studio immaculate with deep cleans in the bathroom, living space, and kitchen after each use.

Location worked for us, did the job

We stayed at this location because it is close to my parent's house in Rainier and lodging options are slim in the area. This property is a converted garage that requires access via an alleyway. The neighborhood is what you would expect from a very small town with a few convenience stores and a gas station. It was comfortable enough for our stay and I enjoyed the two black cats on the property that were very friendly. There isn't a closet and what little storage room there is in the room is already in use with blankets and other supplies. We ended up emptying some drawers so we had something to use. The corner of the room has a chair that is a bit worthless. Perhaps take that out and add a wardrobe and some hooks on that wall for clothes/coat storage. I would highly recommend the property owners look at having an exterminator come out. We had about ten spider and bug encounters including in the shower, in the sink, and inside the hot water kettle.

We thought the little rental was just great. It fit our needs. Our son and his family didn’t quite have enough room at their house in Rainier for all the extra company and this was a great place for our adult daughter to get away to. Nice and clean, comfortable and decorated nicely.
