"This was the worst place we have stayed in 7 weeks of travelling. Tiny room. Double bed against the wall. Bedhead freestanding & moves every time you roll over. Tiny bathroom. No room for cases. In house restaurant closed the 3 nights we stayed. Had to travel 10 kms to find an evening meal. Advertises that it’s 25kms from Bilbao, when it was more like 35km. Extremely noisy from any activity in the passage. Cleaning staff rolling their trolley up & down the passage from a very early hour. Best...

"Fabulous place in a lovely location. We had a brilliant stay and the hotel could not do enough to help us. They allowed us to check out a couple of hours later as we had struggled to get transport back from Bilbao, they also made us packed lunch (for a small fee) on departure even though the restaurant was closed. "Despite turning up in biker gear I was welcomed warmly by the lady on reception. The breakfast options were explained and I went to the room. The room was clean and had a good array of bits and pieces, 2 small waters, dental care kit etc, a hairdryer with additional bits I don’t know the use for being A; male and B; bald. The towels were nicely folded in a way I hadn’t seen before. The shower was huge and the bed comfortable. The one thing I would say is u could hear the neighbours through the shower wall, a problem solved by closing the bathroom door. The main door has a security or some kind of mechanism that makes it impossible to close the door silently at night, (or any time). Breakfast was simple, hot drink a large slice of toast, and a huge glass of orange juice. Overall a nice hotel in a lovely part of the country with several dining options within 5-10mins drive and a nice old church across the road, unfortunately no longer in use by the looks of it. Recommend. "
