"The house is as described. It is one half of a house, that is rented as well, so there can be other people around. A downside is that the house is up a steep hill. The road is small and needs some courage, but is totally do-able. We mostly drove by car instead of walking up and down. An upside is the cute neighbours cat, which visites occasionally. The landlady is very kind and even asked during the stay if everything is alright. All in all a great stay 👍"

"10min walk to the nearest train station to get to other areas of italy such as florence and cinque terre. 15min walk to the tower of Pisa. Clean chalet, friendly & helpful staff, shop/cafe/restaurant on site. Kitchen area equipped with basics for cooking, there is no kettle,toaster, oven or microwave - just a 4 ringed gas hob which i feel could be improved more. Lots of mosquitos so ensure you pack repellant. Towels to hire. Good quality supermarket 10min walk away. I would definitely stay here...

"This was the perfect way to end our trip, with our young family as we spent pretty much the whole day in the pool! There isn't a great deal directly around the resort, so make sure you've stocked up on food before you arrive....although, it's not far to drive into Pisa if you need supplies! "We were a group of 7 and rented all 4 rooms in the building. We loved the private, remote location and the outdoor areas - such as the covered seating area next to the grill and games on the lawn! The pool is huge and especially deep! Claudia takes great care of it (we could not find the special sun tan cream that she recommended - for some reason our normal sun tan lotions caused white swimming costumes to go yellow in places). "My husband and I spent 9 days at Anna Maria and Filiberto property. We had the most wonderful time there. We can't remember having such relaxing holiday. Everything was just perfect: spacious, clean house, outdoor table with chairs, the most beautiful palm tree in front of our house, blooming flowers and trees. Absolutely perfect. "Die Wohnung war genau so wie beschrieben. Wir wussten also dass die Straße, der Zug und die Autobahn in unmittelbarer Nähe sind. Da wir aber jeden Tag Ausflüge ans Meer oder die nahen Städte gemacht haben hat uns das nicht weiter gestört. Wir haben auch manchmal den Pool abends noch genutzt.
