The Space

A three-bedroom home set above central Queenstown with the Ben Lomond hiking and walking tracks right outside the front door. The open-plan living area looks out to sweeping views of the Remarkables through huge windows, and is fitted with a heat pump and fireplace for year-round comfort.



The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, rangehood, inverter dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave and toaster. The home has one bathroom, with a shower over the bath, a separate toilet, and the laundry located inside the bathroom. A patio faces the road; there's no direct lake outlook from outside, though the oversized windows bring the view in from outside.

Guests have full use of the property — kitchen, lounge, bedrooms, bathroom and balcony.



The Neighbourhood

A quiet, residential setting with the Ben Lomond hiking and walking tracks right at the front door, and the lakeshore walking track just down the road. Double glazing throughout keeps the home peaceful, even with the outdoor access on offer.

Other Things to Note

The property sits on a hill, with both internal and external stairs. The fire alarm is sensitive, so please keep the extraction fan on while cooking. Running multiple appliances at once may trip the power.



Extra linen and a mid-stay clean are available for a fee.

Baby accessories (portacot, high chair, baby bath) are available on request for NZD $50.

Please make all such requests at least 3 days prior to arrival — later requests incur an additional NZD $10 call-out fee.



The first round of amenities is complimentary; for stays longer than 5 days, we'd recommend picking up extra during your stay.



House Rules

Maximum of 6 guests. At least one guest must be over the age of 22. No pets, parties, or smoking/vaping indoors — and please, no glitter. This is a residential area, and quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
