The Space:
Positioned above the waterfront of Lake Wakatipu, Remarkables Retreat 1 is a practical and well-located apartment offering genuinely stunning lake and mountain views. Comfortable and functional rather than flashy, it’s a great-value option for families or larger groups wanting to enjoy Queenstown without paying premium rates.
The upstairs living area is open plan, combining the kitchen, dining, and lounge spaces, all framed by large windows that take in the impressive outlook across the lake and surrounding ranges. It’s a comfortable place to relax after a day out, share meals, or plan the next day’s adventures.
Balcony access is via the dining area and is now fully available for guest use as of December 2025, with bi-fold doors opening onto the balcony to create an easy indoor–outdoor flow and an alfresco feel, all with that same spectacular outlook.
Step outside the building and you’ll find the Frankton Walking Track right on your doorstep — ideal for an easy lakeside walk or a stroll to the Marina for coffee or breakfast.
Parking is provided with one garage suitable for a small to medium vehicle, plus one outdoor space in front. Please note that during winter months, an all-wheel drive or 4WD vehicle is required to safely access the driveway.

Other Things to Note:
As Queenstown is an alpine town, many of our properties have steep driveways. This home also has a single garage so you will need to be a competent driver particularly if you have an SUV/minivan/people mover.
