The property is located in a nice area, close to the airport and about 20 minutes drive from Queenstown. Parking is not convenient and guests with accessibility requirements will need to consider this as there are a lot of hills between the car park and the property. The apartment itself is spacious, however requires a more thorough maintenance review as many light bulbs did not work, there is an insufficient amount of dishes to eat meals and limited dishwasher amenities (however these were replenished on request). The dryer and oven also did not work. Furniture was a little worn and required a clean and the apartment smelt stale on arrival. The staff however were helpful and efficient.

Very disappointing stay. The property is poorly maintained and not clean. The heater in the toilet did not work, the carpet is old and damaged, and the entire apartment is dark with unpleasant decoration. There are visible maintenance issues, such as broken wall paint and a loose shower head. Water pressure is extremely low. The layout of the property is confusing and uncomfortable. The doors were labeled with letters (A, B, C), which made the place feel like it had been converted from a clinic, hotel, or other commercial space rather than a proper residential accommodation. Cleanliness is a major concern — we found a used sock left in the room, which clearly shows the place was not properly cleaned. This accommodation does not meet basic standards and is not worth the price. Would not recommend.

The view was beautiful and the apartment had everything we needed. We were travelling as a family of four (two adults and two teens) and there was plenty of space. The staff were lovely and we really appreciated the mid-stay complimentary clean. The free parking was a great bonus too.

Luxury defined. We really enjoyed everything about this suite. Highly recommend to anyone visitng Queenstown. We had parking but it required a bit of up and downhill walking. This did not affect how much we enjoyed our stay.

Nice stay overall. Spacious apartment with three toilets, which was a real bonus and made things super easy for a group. The facilities are a bit on the ageing side but still comfortable and clean. The only downside is the car park being quite a walk from the apartment, though free parking is appreciated. Would still stay again.
One set is half full. Wondering whether it’s left over from previous guests.

Really liked the property. It is not in central queenstown downtown so you will need to take ferry which leaves every hour and is $10 per person Apartments are spacious and comfortable. Highly recommended for families.

The staff were fantastic and prompt when dealing with issues. Unfortunately the clothes dryer appeared to have major issues and we could not use it. The bottom of the dishwasher drain was broken. There was a net curtain missing over one of the windows. The main curtains were not hung well and were difficult to pull on their tracks with broken curtain rings. The washing machine was very dirty and previous customers had been putting the laundry powder into the wrong place. The lint filter inside the machine was full and very smelly and the inside of the agitator was very dirty. A light bulb was out in one of the bed lamps. The advertisement for the property advised that there were TV in every room - this was not the case. There was a TV in the main room and all of the bedroom ones had been removed. The plug was too small for the bath so water did not stay in the tub very well. Although it was made aware that we had 2/3 guests with mobility issues, the small stair lift up to level was not accessible as it was locked. This was a major issue for us. To be fair, I did not bring this to the attention of the staff and it may have been accessible if I had asked. I was not aware until 48 hours prior to check-in that the accommodation did not have parking outside the apartment. Again with mobility issues, this is a major drawback. I would like to commend the staff on the overall cleanliness of the apartment and on their diligence to rectify all issues that I brought to their attention.

Dishwasher needs replacing. After use then had to do a hand wash. Washers and drier need updating. Needs lighter bedding rather than just a single heavy doona. A few day before arriving we were told we woukd have limited hot water. This should be clear before booking. Also then found out that would need to park the about a 10 minute walk away. Again, detail that should have been clear before booking.

Fabulous accommodation. Really well equipped and clean. Ideal for myself, my husband, daughter and grandson, cot provided. There is a water bus into Queenstown, it’s a long walk, or drive, but parking in Queenstown isn’t easy. You can eat at the Hilton Hotel nearby. Would thoroughly recommend
