Perched in an elevated position, this spacious home looks out over Lake Wakatipu, the Remarkables Mountain Range, and the iconic Cecil and Walter Peaks. It’s the perfect setting for families or groups wanting to unwind, explore, and take in the beauty of New Zealand’s alpine landscape.

Designed with comfort and connection in mind, the home features a generous open-plan living area with plenty of space to relax. A wood burner fireplace creates a warm, cosy atmosphere during the cooler months, while large windows and an expansive deck perfect for the summer months make the most of the panoramic views. It’s an ideal spot to gather, cook homemade meals, or simply sit back and take it all in. Whether you’re enjoying a quiet morning coffee, a good book, or a glass of Central Otago Pinot Noir in the evening, the space invites you to slow down and feel at home.

The master bedroom offers a king bed, ensuite, and a large window perfectly positioned for soaking in the views from bed. Downstairs, there are three additional bedrooms with queen beds, along with a cosy fifth bedroom featuring a single bed. These rooms share a well-appointed bathroom, and each bedroom includes a portable heater and fan to ensure year-round comfort.

Just a 7-minute drive from Queenstown’s town centre, you’ll have easy access to local restaurants, shops, and activities. After a day out, return home to relax by the fireplace, dine together on the deck, or head down to nearby Aurora Point on a clear night for a chance to see the Southern Lights.

Arrival instructions will be provided to guests prior to arrival for self-check-in.
Please note that we do have a minimum age requirement of 25 years. The primary guest making the booking must meet this minimum age, though accompanying guests may be younger.
