Our room really stank of cigarettes. My mother was recovering from radiation for throat cancer and she had a morning flight home. They sprayed the room to disguise the smell and setup a mini ineffective air purifier. The smell of smoke and spray was really unhealthy and unpleasant for my mom’s health. They could not change our room or offer a discount because I didn’t book directly to the hotel (used Expedia) which resulted in subpar service. Will never stay there again.

The hotel seemed nice enough but the “upgraded” queen room wasn’t great. The queen bed was more the size of a double bed and was really uncomfortable. The continental breakfast wasn’t much of one and quite limited. Overall, not great and we will not return.

We had a wonderful stay at the Grand Times Hotel Quebec City Airport. The staff was incredibly helpful and efficient, ensuring that our check-in process was fast and smooth. We were traveling with a baby, and one of the hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. We required a microwave to heat up food daily, and they promptly brought one specifically for our unit. Their attention to detail and willingness to assist made our stay comfortable and stress-free. Highly recommend this hotel for families!!
