We stayed at the Allure on two separate occasions during our Vietnam trip. Both stays were great. The staff were fantastic, helpful and very friendly. The hotel booked a car to the airport for us and stored our luggage when we needed it. The room was very comfortable, clean and well equipped. The location in the old quarter was very central. We highly recommend the Allure.

The hotel is close to the center of Sapa town yet situated on a quiet hill, only 10-15 minutes walk away. You can enjoy the view and the room is quite spacious.

wonderful stay at this hotel. Spacious valley view room, breakfast was average - nothing special for a 5 star hotel, have had better at a 4 star. The female staff at reception could have been friendlier and not so arrogant - need to train front desk/reception - have had better customer service at a 3 star hotel.

Overall, the hospitality was top-notch, making my stay both comfortable and memorable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Sapa!
