Nice staffs, the room is smaller than what it stated. We booked an executive and they gave us a junior room. Since it’s a new owner so there are many things need to improve and fix for safety. The staircase is cracked and broken. Their shampoo and body soap are in ceramic bottles. I broke one due to slippery and paid 250,000 VND which is considered overpriced. They should be considered lucky because i didn’t get cut. We did the spa with 40% off but still more expensive than outside price. Overall, we probably will not return even though we like the staffs a lot.

I’d give more than 5 if I could! The staff went above and beyond - I left my jacket at a hair salon and the hotel staff called the salon and arranged it to be brought back to the hotel before our flight (all within 15 minutes). Aside from the amazing staff, the family rooms were a perfect blend of privacy and closeness. The rooms were well cleaned and maintained. Will definitely book again when we revisit Hanoi

Helpful and friendly staff combined with neat rooms and service made this an excellent choice. Wished I was staying for longer to use the pool etc.
