「The Cottage was the perfect space for an overnight stay. It was private, clean & comfortable. The owner communicated with necessary details & answered questions promptly. While no parking on-site, the public parking at train station is a short 2 block walk. Overnight rate is $8 - it ends at 6AM, so you much visit kiosk to pay again to extend time. (We arrived at kiosk at 8:30 & there was no “ticket” given for being past 6AM). 」

「We enjoyed our stay here. Great local to walk or drive into town. I didn't realize we had to walk upstairs to get to the apartment. However, we were all people physically capable to do so. Home was very clean and comfortable. Love the convenience of a washer and dryer. If you plan on cooking your meals. Great counter space and outdoor grill. Didn't see a grill brush though to clean the grates. We made so though. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you so much for allowing us to rent from you....

「This property was a great place to stay. It was very clean and was nicely furnished including an arcade game which was fun. It’s very close to Jim Thorpe and was walkable to several restaurants. I was in town for a Reading & Northern train ride and it’s only about 15 minutes from the train station in Nesquehoning. I will definitely try to stay here again in the future if I’m in the area. 」

「Loved the cabin and location - so peaceful! A little slice of heaven. Sad to see it is being sold but hope the new owners will continue to rent this to others. The best part was being able to bring our dogs and letting them swim and run through the woods. Lots of places to hike and the waterfall was a great spot too! 」

「This is a perfect location. It took us less than 15 minutes walking to the Jim Thorpe train station. Plenty of cute shops and restaurants along the way. The house is spacious, clean and nicely decorated. Beds were very comfortable. There were 8 of us and we all enjoyed the stay. Kylie and Mary Beth were great host. Check in and check out instructions were very clear and they answered my questions right away. 」
