This property is really well positioned in the cbd near to shops, restaurants and bars. Easy access to transport around central Perth and very pleasant staff. Great value for money. A great stay.

Large room with a balcony we couldn’t use due to weather but helpful because the windows are single pane and the road noise is high. Large shower with separate tub. There is a mini fridge and kettle for instant coffee or tea. The closet comes with four attached hangers but they will bring more if you ask. Not sure how the allocation of towels works but we had to ask to have facecloths delivered. No bar soap for the shower but attached liquid bath gel, shampoo & conditioner. There’s a guest laundry. Mother and adult daughter had an excellent stay at this property. The suite was exactly what we needed after a two week long road trip across Australia. The staff was the most welcoming and friendly we have ever experienced. Breakfast was perfect and the evening social hour was a very nice addition.

The hotel is in a good location, close to the city centre and Northbridge. Kings Park and Elizabeth Quay are quite walkable, particularly the latter. The rooms are spacious, clean, and mostly have basic amenities. We were a little unhappy that dental kits weren't available in the room, and we were asked to come down to the reception to get them, as opposed to being helped out by housekeeping. We also needed an extra chair as we were working from the hotel, but were informed that we would need to come down to the reception after hours to grab one from the lobby. For a hotel this size, I felt that our requests should have been more straightforward and the service was slightly disappointing. Overall, still a good place to stay.
