It’s was good stay in general, the service people are friendly, sometimes the robot is too busy delivering, they will deliver the orders themselves. However, when you left the hotel, no one came to help with the luggage, though many people working at the concierge desk downstairs.

Nice hotel!!

The hotel is close to the subway station, the room is large, and the staff is friendly. Everything was good, but in the non-smoking hotel, other guests smoked in the rooms and hallways, which was very inconvenient. The hotel fully sympathized and considered. So we stayed well for the rest of the year and came back. Thank you for all staffs !!

It was not too close to May 4th square. We had to walk 20-30 minutes. The pillows were kind of flat and the bed was very uncomfortable. The front desk people were super nice. The problem was the swimming pool. I was asked to wear a cap to use the pool. Since I do my bring a cap I had to pay 100 yuan to buy two cheap caps for me and my daughter. When we were in the pool we could not swim freely sine there was a swimming lesson. There were five students literally taking up the pool. We had to sneak through their practice to swim. The water was filthy. If there was a lesson they should have posted a schedule so hotel guests would avoid the lesson.
