Clean well maintained. Downtown location was amazing within walking distance to lots of things. Great vibe..We loved the quirkiness of it. Staff was helpful with restaurant ideas. Great stay!

I have to say, this is my new favorite hotel in Seattle! I really enjoyed how laid back and relaxed the atmosphere felt. I also LOVE the fact that there's a perfume shop practically inside the hotel with an amazing selection of perfumes. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable and the location was great. Will be back. Thank you for having me.

We have stayed here before This stay wasn’t as nice as our last stay. We had requested a microwave that never was brought to the room and extra blanket. Also we were in a junior suite which was considerably smaller and even the room service table would not fit by the mini bar and coffee maker. A couple of other things that were not up to 5 star standards was the mini bar had empty containers that when we went to drink something were empty and the coffee pods were half gone. Last but not least I dropped something and had a look at the condition of the carpet and it was desperately needing a shampooing and the magnified mirror light in the bathroom was not working. The staff are wonderful they rate 5 stars along with the delicious breakfast. The facilities missed the 5 star mark this stay

Very nice hotel, great location and great restaurant

Very comfortable although small room. King bed was comfortable. Even though you're in the middle of downtown the property is very quiet and relaxing. Dinner at Rider is excellent. Will definitely be staying here again when traveling to Seattle.
