Since we were traveling with children, the standard temple tours often didn’t fit our family’s needs in terms of timing and destinations, so we consulted the front desk. They quickly arranged a comfortable car and a Japanese-speaking guide for us, which was very helpful. The schedule was adjusted according to the children’s energy levels and the weather, and we were able to visit all the places we wanted to see. We were very satisfied. "何年も前に泊まって印象が良かったので久しぶりに利用。ベッドにはwelcomeではなくwelcome backの文字が。全員笑顔でのコミュニケーション、朝食はバイキングではないが、食後フルーツの提案。外出から戻るたびに冷たいおしぼりと水のサーブ。日本人からするとやや過剰かもしれないですが、一人旅でも年配者でも安心できるホテルです。"

"The facility is clean, and the hotel staff are very kind. On the day I went to Angkor Wat early in the morning, they prepared a breakfast box for me. However, due to a communication issue on my part, I wasn’t able to receive the breakfast box. Instead, they kindly offered me a complimentary dinner. The pool is cleaned every morning, and they are happy to arrange taxis or tuk-tuks at any time. They also never forget to provide bottled water every day. The market is just a short tuk-tuk ride away, yet the hotel remains quiet and peaceful. I highly recommend this hotel — it’s excellent."
