"I came from dublin late and didnt get any sleep , loud noise in the room , i think it was the air conditioning .i told the receptionist and she didnt even apologise or offer a complimentary tea or coffee ."

"We stayed in two family rooms with 6 kids and 2 adults altogether. This hotel has been in business since 1747 and we were thrilled with the history, the coziness of the hotel, the staff friendliness is second to none. And the breakfast was incredible. We were pleased. Obviously renovated for modern conveniences, but I felt like it was a vintage boutique inn and I loved it and would definitely stay again."

"Hair dryer in the room wasn't working.
Bath was dirty.
Food at buffet during breakfast was pretty cold
Bar food on the expensive side for what we got.
I stay here every year for athletics comps but this year the price was crazy for what we got so I will be looking elsewhere for next time unfortunately."

"Pet friendly- perfect for pets. And yet very clean and aesthetically beautiful. Also very comfortable with everything that I needed to cook at home or go out to restaurants. Very convenient to shopping and also local culture. It's a lovely small village with friendly people. There's a lovely large forest park very close for walks as well as the loch.The host was terrific in every way. I would recommend this to anyone."
