Bedrooms, bathrooms and living room were nice and clean. The kitchen was very badly equipped. E.g. there were no lid for one of the 2 pots, no chopping board, no bowls, very few plates etc. The oven and the microwave were both pretty dirty. The day before our depature the water heater stopped working. We contacted the service desk before noon. They promised to.look into the matter but then never got back to us, and the problem wasn't fixed.

Floors not clean. Washing machine full of dirty water. Bedding was adequate. Shower got barely warm. You get what you pay for.

Avoid this. Black mold covering the dishwasher, and one of the blankets. Wifi never worked.

Huge apartment!

The place was a lot bigger than we expected! The kitchen was pretty well stocked. Missing a few things that could have been useful like oven mitts or spatula. Also the wifi in the instructions did not exist and so we didn’t have wifi. We were only there for one night, so we didn’t bother to mention anything about it, i’m sure if we did they would have solved the problem. Overall a great experience and we would definitely come back!

Very Poor

Apartment would have been nice but the floor was completely waterlogged due to a leak in the boiler. A H&S risk. Plus we wasted the whole morning waiting to move to another apartment which was clearly being refurbished as was partially unpainted and not very clean.

Portumna is a lovely little town, and the property is easy walking distance to it as well as attractions, groceries and a lovely forest. Problem is the property itself was a disaster. Upon arrival, the upstairs toilets didn’t work, there is no porch light working and there was internet trouble. There was no hair dryer as listed, one pot with 2 lids that didn’t fit, one skillet, spatula, nothing else, not even a bottle or can opener. 1.2 weeks later, still no toilet fixed. Heat went out, the bathroom sink stopper broke, and the last straw was the internet was out and management MIA. Expedia moved me and I am grateful. The on property attendant was very nice, however, management was completely unavailable to fix anything. The place is huge, however, there are no windows downstairs, only doors, and it’s dark inside. There is no mirror in downstairs bathroom. The beautiful view outside is wasted. Bare bones furniture, like no dresser in the master bedroom. The Shannon Oaks hotel across from the apartments is closed because it burned down…. so! I wouldn’t stay here. Thank goodness Expedia helped me get better accommodations.

The apartments are well situated and quite spacious. The furnishings are basic but modern and functional. We had a couple of minor issues in arrival but the customer service was very good and we were still able to enjoy our stay

Perfect choice for a family

The apartments are very spacious and was exactly what we were looking for. I assume the toilets weren't used for a while, as there was a bad smell in the hallway, outside the toilets.
