Great place

Good, helpful and smiling staff. Beautifully designed room and clean bathroom. Comfy bed with spacious bedroom .Walking distance to shopping areas and food restaurants. Wake up early to get the parking ticket. Well recommended.

A beautiful hotel with friendly staff and spacious rooms. We would definitely recommend this hotel!

It’s in good location and the condo is well kept

Helpful staff, both cleaning and front desk. Handy location to Secret Recipe (wide variety, takes VISA) and coin laundry. A quick walk toward town gets you to the taxi stop, park, bus station, post office and department store. Just beyond is the large traditional market and jetty. Can't complain about the walk, because the hotel we stayed in in the Chinese district was often noisy, although close to the market.

We booked two rooms for our stay at this hotel. We loved that the hotel was very close to Kuala Terengganu's Chinatown. Hence finding food wasn't an issue. good value for money and friendly staff

Really chill and affordable place. Fast WiFi.

The hotel's location is great. It is right in the middle of the town. Walking distance to Pulau Warisan, Kampung Cina and Pasar Payang. UTC is walking distance as well. However Grab and Uber are easily requested here. The staff was great except for 1 lady who told us off unnecessarily for eating the complement fish crakers. It annoyed us till we when up our rooms immedietly. Other than her, they are rather helpful.

Good but tey have to have bikes or any kind of transportation because it is far from the city od terengganu
