Bathroom facilities are not up to grade. Towels are old and hard, look very unpleasant to use. More like floor rug. Room TV doesn’t work. I think it is for show only.

Thats a residence, once you have this in mind it will be ok your stay. Apartments depnd on the onwer you get it. Mine was very basic. Attention is good, good cafes near by.
