"I love the breakfast, they had 4 restaurant to choose from. They had lots of fruits compare to Hilton Bali. My kids was disappointed about the slide because they didn’t have enough floating device in order for them to slide so I would suggest for guest to bring it because they didn’t have enough. The Japanese restaurant is really good and we ate there twice!! Overall we would go back!! We also love the sofa on the side, they turn it to bed for us and it was very comfortable."

"The property is very dated. Moved rooms initially as the shower did not work, the basin cracked. Then in the new room the bath had a large crack. Towels were tatty and brown. I was quite poorly and with no warning had drilling and maintenance issues the next morning at the next door room - moved again. Only to be moved to a room with no water. Moved again. Then upgraded my room which was good. Went for breakfast and came back to maintenance working in my . The cakes and food on display in the vegan cafe and at the coffee bar are old and cracked / stale and yet in two occasions the staff served it up .. I had to send it back as the croissant wouldn’t even stand being sliced… the staff at the coffee cafe and surf cafe at the pool and beach are not responsive at all. The clean staff are absolutely amazing. Friendly, warm and typical of the Bali see culture. The spa was good - staff very friendly and good treatments. However, the spa is dated and before the treatment you wash your feet and then you are given used flip flops… there’s a thing called athletes foot..the gym is great - good equipment, great squash court. Buffet breakfast is chaos at best. There is always food on the floor from the previous evening. It always felt like they were too late in setting up and always a scramble. Never enough teaspoons out. The bread for toast always seemed a bit stale. Fruit, yoghurt and sushi was good. The egg stations were good - again probably need to be set up earlier."

"The hotel is beautiful. Breakfast was great and a lot of options. Swimming poo ls are great and fun with water slide so the only thing was missing was that we couldn't get to swim in the ocean do to lot of people throwing garbage in the water..Also I have to say thank you for my beautiful little cake and card for my birthday !!"

"Over all the property set up is great. Very huge and landscape is beautiful. Room is stinky. The drainage system is faulty. Though we complained staff attended to fux it but after 10 mts tge stong nasty smell came back. It was only a band aid solution."

"Extremely kind and professional, yet friendly staff who quickly responded to our every question/inquiry/need. It is a great hotel and I would definitely recommend it. Good location in Nusa Dua (shuttle bus to Balli Collection, a shopping centre with many restaurants, and shuttle bas to beach, but each location is 5 min walk as well). They could improve on a few things to maintain their 5 star rating. I found pillows too soft and thin. It would have been good to have one softer, one harder pillow to cater for guests with different preferences. The air-con worked very well, but it was a bit noisy. When we complained, they sent someone very quickly to check and fix. It seemed fixed that day, but it went back to being noisy again. Luckily it wasn't very hot during our stay, so we would turn it off during night to avoid constant noise. Another thing that would be very easy to fix is towels that were grey and worn out from being used for a long time. Not something you'd expect in a 5 star hotel. Great breakfast, with many choices so it is definitely worth it, except if you have allergies. I am a celiac and staff tried very hard to accommodate me, but good will and great service cannot make up for the fact that, apart from eggs and salad, my options were very limited. They even bought GF bread for me (unfortunately it was sweet and tasted more like a cake than bread), and they offered every morning to make nasi goreng for me, but one can only eat so many eggs and nasi gorengs."
