Where do I start. No bar, no restaurant. No parking for my rent a car in the hotel. I bought all inclusive but the bar is two blocks away, it closes at 10:30pm. The TV didn’t work. This was the first Hotel I have ever stayed. The staff was rude.

Beautiful space, nice and quiet and the pool was never busy. Nice to have the option of getting food/drink/pool at los arcos but still get to come back to a less busy hotel! And no kids ;-)

Casa Doña Susan was a fantastic stay. Affordable! Room was a little dated but overall a great stay. Staff was very attentive and helpful. Access to the sister hotel amenities was a wonderful touch!
