"Property needs to be updated. The tv was very small. Most TVs a hotels now are flat screen. The room was very spacious which was appreciated however everything was old. The windows in the hall were either broken or so dirty that we couldn’t enjoy the view. Also the walk from the parking deck to the hotel was long and front desk told us it was a shorter way that we were never able to find even after asking security."

"This is a cozy, clean, no frills room that we really enjoyed. One interesting amenity is that there is a patio available for sitting on the second floor, and what appears to be a party room on the first floor, with microwave and fridge. I was not sure we were able to use it or not but it seemed like we could. There is parking right in front of the property. We stayed at several places like this in Puerto Rico and it was one of our favorites: no problems, nice staff, easy to check in."

"It was one-night stopover as we traveled from one side of the island to the other, so we didn’t need much. The hotel is priced about right for what it is, but it’s very basic so as long as you’re good with that and don’t expect much, you’ll be fine. The restaurant is right across the street, but otherwise, it’s very much a stop-off place, not somewhere to stay for more than a night or two."

"First off the food at the restaurant was delicious. But otherwise it was a very dated room. The beach was horrible. Maybe it was because it was winter, but you couldn’t walk on the sand without things poking through it into your feet as well as in the beach. It was fenced off from the beach because it was a public beach so the chairs I expected was expecting to be set up nicely with an umbrella were located inside the fence area and they were a couple on the beach with no umbrellas. I was supposed to stay there for five nights. I canceled after the first night. Also, I expected it to be much closer to San Juan and it was almost an hour away."
