Picture waking up every morning to the sound of the ocean waves, then enjoying a cup of coffee on your private balcony overlooking the stunning turquoise waters. The sleek and modern interior design, complete with top-of-the-line appliances and chic furnishings, offers a perfect blend of comfort and style. And let's not forget about all the incredible amenities this condo has to offer - from a large infinity pool and hot tub, to a fully-equipped gym and private beach access. This is truly a paradise retreat where relaxation meets sophistication, making it the ultimate destination for an unforgettable vacation experience.

Experience exceptional elegance in this one of a kind end unit condominium at Las Palomas Beach and Golf Resort. With lots of details you won’t find in another condominiums, number 208 in the Rubi Tower will raise your expectations for a Rocky Point getaway.

The basic layout of Rubi 208 welcomes you into the main room with its complete kitchen, dining area, stylish living room, and two sliding glass accesses to the wrap around balcony. From here you encounter a master bedroom with an attached bathroom and its own balcony access. Off of the kitchen is a utility room with a sink, washer and dryer, and and shelves filled with fun games.

The guest bedroom has two double beds and its bathroom is off of the hallway. Bedroom three is truly special, as its in-suite design combines the bedroom, elegant bathroom, and complete bar area as well.

~ Master bedroom with a comfortable king sized bed, balcony access, walk-in closet, writing desk, wireless speakers, and an attached bathroom. The bathroom is tiled in fine granite, and offers a shower, separate bathtub, and double sink vanity.
~ The guest bedroom presents two full sized beds, TV, dresser, and attached bathroom with vanity and shower that is accessible from the hall.
~ The third bedroom offers maximum seclusion with an elegant full bar with refrigerator in this lock off master bedroom.
~ There is a king sized bed, TV, dresser, and a private balcony that overlooks the Resort’s Golf Course. The bathroom has a garden bathtub with a large window view, along with a separate shower and double sink mirror topped vanity.
~ The living room centers around a large L shaped, comfortable sofa. There is a a large TV, as well as a drop down projection screen.

~ Spotting scope on a tripod for checking out the nearby beach!

Great place to stay with the Family

The property was great the unit was great clean and had everything you needed the property it self is great has a couple of restaurants a coffee shop and breakfast buffets there is a swim up bar and that pool is heated we really enjoyed our stay here and will come back in the future host was great responded quickly and with answered all questions
