"The elevator not working is a concern. As I tried to move luggage and water bottles from the first floor. It was very difficult. How the service by Claudia was exceptional. "SRA Elena was very accomidating and has a wonderful condo in Mayan paradise. The beach was wonderful and Jose keeps the grounds, pool, and beach clean. "We really enjoyed the apartment! It was very clean when we first arrived. It had a nice supply of dishes, glassware, and everything we needed to use the kitchen. The amenities- including the hot tub and rooftop balcony were fantastic. The hosts were easy to contact and attentive to our needs. The location was outstanding- a very short walk to the beach!
