「The hosts were very polite, and tried their best to communicate even though they dont speak English. The rooms are older and a little rough. Water is available in the kitchen for drinking. 」

「This hotel lists their location as downtown Puerto Maldonado. Actual location is 20+ minutes outside the town on a dirt road. Impossible to get taxi service to town. The additional trips for food for our Amazon excursions cost 60 soles each way. Driver said price is higher since you have long trip just to pickup client. Resort wanted to charge me for Dinner and Breakfast when my reservation stated both were included.
