"I have stayed here few time the rooms are really nice fresh clean ,bar had good food great location, door men were awesome all of them ! I have stayed most of the hotels in the Sea Port this one still my favorite!"

"Service. Service. Service. I did not catch his name (my bad), but the doorman was positively golden. Fantastic personality and recommendations. Just seemed to want to make sure that everyone saw the best of his town. Asked where we were going the day we went to Salem and then let me know there was a ferry we could take back and that it was more direct and closer to the hotel than the train. Then gave us restaurant recs for Salem. Completely went out of his way every time we stepped out the door to make sure we were taken care of. Same for front desk team. Same for restaurant. I would 100% stay here again. Location was great but the service knocked it out of the park. For the record, I’m kinda critical when it comes to this stuff. I travel a lot, I used to own a bar/restaurant and also a tour company. I only review when someone blows me away (one way or the other). This place was a solid 10/10. Rooms were not large and construction stayed outside the room promptly at 8 am, but I knew that going in so it was expected."

"The room and property were clean and well maintained. Its proximity to transit was fantastic. The use of microwave, wine opener and glasses was convenient (would have been nice to have some more amenities in the room such as wine glasses and opener). Breakfast was provided but we didn’t eat it during our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful and we always had enough towels. The room itself was spacious and we had a little living room area which made it feel ever bigger. The only downside to our stay is the window in the room doesn’t open, the shower pressure was very bad and the beds are super uncomfortable (really hard and my travel partners was sunken in). We weren’t able to cast to the tv so couldn’t watch Netflix or any apps. We were in an older part of the building and further way from the front of the building but the walk didn’t bother us."
