Ideal for families and large groups, both condos are the only ones on this Floor accessed by an elevator to the Penthouse Level. A small hallway separates both doors. With two condos, you can now enjoy the luxury of two kitchens, two living areas and most of all being together on your own penthouse level.

Location, location, location
Beautiful property, in the middle of Grace Bay and right on the beach. The views were stunning. Our family of 9 rented both 301/302 and the accommodations were perfect. A couple of simple items were fixed straight away and didn’t affect our stay whatsoever. Would definitely stay here again if coming to Turks and Caicos. Highly recommend this property!

The two condos were perfect for our family vacation. The location couldn't be better to walk to restaurants and shops. Cady was great at ensuring we had what we needed upon arrival and during our stay. I can't wait to go back!
