What we have in our Guest History files is that you had requested additional lighting. Regarding the sliding doors, we are planning door replacements for this unit over the summer as part of routine maintenance. Good morning,This review has taken us by surprise. You did reserve 2 1 bedroom pool views with a den, you in fact utilized both dens in each room. So I am a bit confused of why you say one of the rooms did not have a den.We did not receive a complaint that the A.C wasn't blowing cold air, if we would have, we would have had someone in the room checking it for you. We pride ourselves on helping every customer we have. We strive to accommodate every guest we have. If these complaints would have been brought to our attention upon check it we would have gone out of our way to fix the issue. I am truly sorry you did not enjoy your one night stay.
