Liquid Villa : This modern villa is situated on a quiet residential street, overlooking a turquoise-coloured canal WATERFRONT. The property features an outdoor swimming pool complete with seamless access to an outdoor daybed that is integrated with the swimming pool and a whimsical swinging chair. The terrace is furnished with a dining set and sun loungers. Inside, the villa offers an open concept kitchen and living area, as well as a powder room and laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer set.

Featuring air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony, Liquid Luxury Villa - Modern & New on the water is set in Providenciales. This property offers a private pool and free private parking. This luxury villa is your home away from home.

The villa comes with 3 bedrooms, a flat-screen TV and a fully equipped kitchen that provides guests with a dishwasher, a microwave, a washing machine, a fridge and an oven.

A terrace is available for guests at the villa to use.

Family Trip in Turks & Caicos
Beautiful modern home in Turks. Our family had a great time laying out by the pool and then driving to other areas of the island. Quiet and peaceful area.

Lives up to its name
We stayed for seven nights with four adults and two teenagers. The pictures don't do it justice - the house is absolutely amazing. We had plenty of room to spread out both inside and outside of the house. Great kitchen to cook meals and there was also a grill outside which we used a few nights. The outside area is amazing! Large outdoor table to eat meals and play games. Plenty of space to sit in the sun on the lounge chairs by the canal and the outdoor bed area next to the pool. If you want to stay out of the sun part of the pool is covered and there is also a couch in the shaded area. It's located in a great neighborhood and we felt totally safe the entire time. Lots of great areas to walk, I went running in the mornings before sunrise and I felt safe. The public beach area for sunsets is only a mile away. We traveled to all the beaches throughout the island and we really liked our location. We liked being near the shopping area but not in the busy shopping area. We didn't have any issues with the rental but did connect with the owner through the app multiple times just asking about how to use a few items in the house etc. She was very responsive - within minutes. Definitely recommend and will hopefully be back!

Girls trip
This house was beautiful…close to everything. Neighborhood was quiet and we walked the neighborhood every morning. Five minute walk to Blue Haven where we got breakfast sandwiches and smoothies. Relaxed by the pool and canal during the day. We also enjoyed the paddle boards through the canal which was a lot of fun. Communication with the host was on point, we had a couple small issues and Hannah responded immediately. We will definitely be back to Liquid!!

Beautiful villa!
Liquid Villa was clean, beautifully decorated and fully stocked with everything we needed for our holiday. Location was also great and we had our boat picked us up directly from the villa! Would definitely return!

A taste of Heaven!
Me and my husband took a short getaway trip for 3 nights and stayed at Liquid Villa. We both said that our experience at this property gave us a taste of Heaven! It is so spacious, with modern decor and appliances. The pool is perfectly situated between sunlight and sunshade, depending on your preference. The beds are so comfortable that we could barely wake up, and the neighborhood is easily accessible to the main attractions and a very safe place. We would highly recommend this property as a place to stay for couples or even small wedding parties. The host was pleasant, accommodating, and a great communicator. Thank you Liquid Villa!

Beautiful home in great location
Villa Liquid was everything as advertised. The pool was beautiful, and right on the canal to sit down and dry off right on the edge in the beautiful weather. I’m a sucker for beautiful bathrooms, and every one had a large rain shower with wand. The home was a quick 7 minute drive to the resort area and Grace Bay beach, and is a very quiet area for a good night of sleep. Hanna was very quick to respond to our inquiries. 10/10 would stay again.

Outstanding villa in best location
My wife and I have been regulars to Provo for the last 7 years. The villa is located in the best location in Provo, close to best white-sand beaches, mangroves to see turtles, Iguana Island, and the marina. Having direct access to canal makes kayaking and paddle-boarding truly convenient. This new villa is everything you can wish for. Having 3.5 bathrooms for 3 bedrooms (all en suite) makes life with family and friends much easier. The villa is modern with high ceilings, practical, and beautiful (photos speak for themselves; including a truly neat pool). The communication with the management team was super easy and they were very kind and responsive to our inquires. Hope to see you guys soon next year.

Great Villa!
