This beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bath villa located on the gorgeous Royal Turks and Caicos Golf Club in a quiet neighborhood is the perfect place to enjoy a taste of island life. With balmy breezes coming off the Fairways and the ocean only 2 blocks away, you can take in the view from the pool deck or go for a dip in the private pool. The bright, airy rooms have split-air units and ceiling fans to keep them cool and comfortable. Many amenities will make you feel right at home."

Quiet peaceful stay
The hosts were quick to respond when we had questions, and the property was nice, quiet and clean. PLENTY of space for at least 6+. Good location minutes from grace bay beach area.

Summer Vacation
This house was perfect in all ways for our family vacation. The house was well equipped with everything you need and was very comfortable and clean. The location was also perfect with easy access to all the beaches, shops & grocery stores. Having the pool in the absolutely beautiful backyard was amazing. Being able to wake up and sit outside with a cup a coffee in the morning was my favorite thing to do. The property manager, Shanta, was very communicative and her assistant, Claudin was also available. We had a small issue with a faucet while there and Claudin immediately fixed the problem making it a non-issue. Very gracious hosts. Highly recommend this property!!!

Beautiful house!
First, Shanta and Claudin were fantastic in terms of communication and problem solving. Very prompt at answering all questions and Claudin even helped with general island questions. Second, the home was beautiful and cozy. All the amenities needed for a beach vacation, pool was clean and enjoyable, and all the bedrooms and bathrooms were clean. Lastly, great location. Very close to Grace Bay Beach, shops, restaurants, right on the golf course for avid golfers, and felt secured with the gated community. Will definitely be renting this home again on repeat visits to TCI.

Five stars!
We rented this home as it was located on the golf course. The home is on the first hole of the course, which was very convenient! It is a nice walk to the club house, which quickly became our favorite spot to grab a drink after a round. Food is excellent, Michael and Joan were amazing and made us feel like we were family. We also liked that the house was in a gated neighborhood. The house has everything we needed for our stay. It is beautifully decorated and has many perks we didn’t find in other rentals. The pool was definitely my favorite spot. There are two lounge chairs to relax on. The pool is surrounded by beautiful landscaping and plants that offer privacy. Located next to the pool is a grill, a small fridge and a covered seating area. There are also two other seating areas around the pool. Two of the bedrooms have king beds and each bedroom has its own bathroom. The shower in the master bathroom is amazing! The house is located a couple of miles from the main resort area. The beach is a quick walk across the main road and Flamingo’s bar offers amazing margaritas! We found that most restaurants were comparable to the US in price. The food was very good, we did not have a bad meal at any of the local restaurants. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.
