LakeView1469 is a spacious home that is on a peninsula. From the backside of the home, you view Lake Murray and from the frontside of the home, you see Lake Murray. This beautiful remolded fully furnished home sits on an acre lot. This provides plenty of parking for boats, kids to play, picnics, etc. Swing on the front wrap around porch after making your coffee at the Coffee Bar, Enjoy Fishing and Water Activities within walking distance, and afterwards, wind down with the cocktail/wine bar inside the home. A fire pit is perfect for sitting around discussing the fun day you had on Lake Murray

Best Lake vacation!

We stayed here to celebrate my son’s birthday, and it was absolutely perfect! The house was beautiful, spotless, and had everything we needed. The host was incredibly attentive and such a kind, sweet person. One of the best parts was the location — right across from the lake, with gorgeous views. We had the best time ever and will definitely be back!

Plenty of Room with Great Views

Property is second row but up on the hill providing great views of the lake. We sat on the porch several mornings and watched the sunrise. Melissa was an exceptional host and very friendly. They live in the property between the house and the lake and allowed us to use the dock and boat landing so its extremely easy to access the lake.
