Stay and explore all the New River National Gorge has to offer; or lean back, cast a line and relax while you wait to reel in the big one! This quaint riverfront cottage offers a private bedroom with a queen bed, a double with twin bunk in 2nd bedroom, and a third large loft bedroom with two twin beds and plenty of floor space (low ceiling, but perfect for the kids!) Other amenities include covered front porch with river view, a screened in patio out back to enjoy a meal outdoors without the bugs, and a covered deck on the side with charcoal grill area.

Everything was great. Main bedroom was listed as a queen. It was definitely not a queen but a full size and not enough room for two adults. Other than that it was very nice.

This was a great property. The house was clean with all the necessary amenities. The location was perfect with easy access to New River Gorge NP, local scenic drives and numerous rock and boulder climbing sites. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend!

Great for short stay at New River Gorge area
We had everything we needed for our 2-night stay at this cottage. Our hosts provided the basics for our family of four and the kitchen was well-stocked with spices, cookware and serving dishes. Felt like we were invited into a person's home. This cottage is on a quiet street and was easily accessible to town amenities and to hiking around the various areas of the New River Gorge National Park.

Perfect cottage by the New River
This cottage was perfect for my family of three. The location next to the river - no traffic. Perfect to enjoy nature and drink coffee from one of the not one but three porches that this cottage offers. Mike the owner was quick to respond. Inside the cabin kitchen is fully equipped for those who enjoy cooking. There were even plenty of spices to choose from in case you don’t bring yours. My daughter enjoyed the loft upstairs - she and all three of us really were sad to leave. First time in West Virginia and we truly enjoyed the cottage and exploring the area.
