As someone who doesn't drink tea or coffee, I really appreciated hot chocolate being available in the lobby at breakfast. In the 6 nights I was there, the hot water failed twice. The pool is shabby and past it's best but I saw the pool man checking the water condition so it is being appropriately maintained. A small niggle, the body wash / shampoo and conditioner bottles are mounted too high. It's fine it you are using the shower, but out of reach when using the bathtub.

the staff at the front desk were very helpful, and friendly. When I arrived with 2 children, the clerk gave them a toy to enjoy right away to keep them occupied while we completed the check in. My reservation had been booked online, and somehow for the wrong date, but the clerk was accommodating and found us a room for the night, and advised of the cancellation process for the incorrect booking. Room was clean and welcoming. The bathroom was a bit of a tight fit, and the fan in the bathroom was very loud, so much so that it scared one child to the point they would not use it if it was on. Since the fan is wired to come on with the light, that was a bit of an issue. Overall, very happy with the staff, service, and room, I will stay there again.
